At Oempartsmart.com we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or exchange an item .Here shows how to Return or Exchange.
1, Return & Exchange method
Open a Ticket for Return or Exchange orders. Loging in and click into My account/help desk,
After you submit the ticket, we will reply and solve your problem within 24 hours(except holiday).
And refund will be given as Money back after receiving the return parts(Buyer pays return shipping),the returned item has to be in its original condition.
2, Return & Exchange Policy
Before returning any goods please read our Warranty Assistance.
Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition; include the original packing and documentation.
Oempartsmart.com allows any return requests within 7 days and any exchange requests within 15 days of the date customers received the products.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Return & Exchange unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
International Buyers – Please Note：
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
